iPad and apps

This is the first time I have had my iPad while Luca has been admitted. (this was a scheduled admission and she is fine.)

I am loving this! I can blog and stay connected and listen to music and answer emails.

So, question to my tech-savvy readers, what are your favorite apps for your iPhone or iPad?

One specific app I am searching for is one that I can keep a journal of what happens during hospital stays and appointments. A place to record lab values, med dose changes, questions I have, who our nurse is for each shift, and other various tidbits. Any ideas?
