I have never been good about taking vitamins. About a year ago, I tried to regularly start taking a multi vitamin, but found that I always felt sick to my stomach after I took it. I tried it with food, water, milk - you name it. Any suggestions? I want to start taking a multi-vitamin but would love some suggestions as to what brand/kind you take. And have you ever felt sick afterwards? Any suggestions are much appreciated!


  1. women's 1-a-day. it was on good morning america too and was recommended.

  2. I've found that sometimes with vitamins or medicines that make me feel a little queasy, then I take them before bed. It's not usually enough to keep you up at night and then you don't know that you didn't feel well!

    Stacy - I tried that before but woke up with terrible heartburn:( Maybe a change in vitamins will help!
