Great Customer Service

So awhile back, I was complaining about my miles fiasco with a certain credit card company. If you recall, I had written them a letter complaining that my miles I had already accumulated had expired because they took so long to approve my new miles credit card. Well about a week ago, I received a letter in the mail letting me know that they had passed my letter onto United since that's who my miles were through. Well I am happy to report that I just checked my miles online and United has added them back to my account! I am extremely pleased with their prompt resolution of the situation. It's such a great thing for companies to do because it makes me want to use their business even more for taking such good care of me!

I am also happy to report that my mom has helped us narrow down our videographer choices to Well Spun Weddings and Atlantis-Imagery. Please give your opinion! Check out their samples and let me know which one you prefer. Ian and I will be looking at them tonight to try to make our final decision. The styles are quite different from one another. The first one has more of a home-video feel, almost movie like which we like. The 2nd one is more typical of wedding videos. I need your opinion!

We are deciding on our florist this week. Yay! After we book the florist and videographer, we need to finish doing cake tastings and then order our invitations. Then it's onto the details!

  1. Well-Spun won me over. I love the look of his movies (the vintage look).

    But its really a matter of preference. You're asking people to compare apples to oranges! I know not everyone is into the appearance of super 8 videos. But this was one of those areas that I wished I would have done more research on and gone with.
