Busy few days here.  One of my best friends came to visit.  It was the first visit since Luca was born in which she was not hospitalized.  Having her here was awesome.  We caught up, we laughed, we had open conversations, we relaxed and enjoyed the weather.  It was such a great reminder about what a good friendship feels like - relaxed, honest, easy.  I was pretty sad on my way home from dropping her off at the airport, but I felt so grateful that she was here and we had these few days to spend together.

This weekend we have a fun weekend planned - a playdate in Baltimore tomorrow, and apple picking on Sunday with friends.  I am sure many pictures will be taken.  Happy Friday!
