Seriously - this is the best whole roasted chicken I've ever had. So juicy and flavorful. I used a 4-pound free-range, organic chicken and now have chicken for salads and to throw into pastas and dinners for the week. It takes awhile to cook so it's really perfect for a Sunday. Here's the recipe!
