Quitting smoking has put a nice ten pound ring around my waste (it may have to do with the fact that i have substituted cigarettes for sour cream & onion chips!).<br /><br />The 30 day shred is great because it is intense but not horribly time consuming (its 30 minutes right?).<br /><br />In your honor I dragged my ass out of bed at 5:15 this morning and got to some cardio.
