Online Shopping Sales = Dangerous for Kt

People should start receiving their invitations today in the mail. I am super excited to be able to start checking the mail for the response cards! There's something so thrilling about running to the mail and there being something that's there besides a real estate brochure or the weekly coupons.

I have also heard about the lovely shower invitation that everyone has received - except for me! Apparently, our mail must've lost mine somehow. The girls resent one out yesterday so hopefully it'll be there for me tonight.

Speaking of receiving more mail, I still haven't heard from the last of my law schools. The fact that I don't know where we'll be in 3-4 months is getting to me. I would like to have some certainty and as I run to check the mail every evening when I get home, I can't help but be disappointed when there's no new news. I'm a very impatient person - I want to know now, NOW!!!

No more wedding related news. I did do some online shopping recently. I figured with all the upcoming wedding festivities that I'd find a use for these two dresses from J. Crew:

I had been scoping out that white dress for awhile because I refused to pay the $140 original price. Well - I finally found it on sale, and then found the blue dress and decided to buy both of them because of the sale. Yikes - sales apparently are dangerous for me!

Look out for the Invitations!

I've been stuck in a meeting all day - so I'm late on sharing that we mailed out all the invitations today. Actually, I mailed out the Europe invitations yesterday when I picked up the postage - which by the way, I almost had to sell my hands and feet to pay for. So keep a look out for them!! We finished with them at about 11:30 last night and drove to the mailbox near our house and dropped them in - and we took pictures of the process but I'll have to post them tomorrow.

I also keep hearing about the shower invitations that the girls made - but haven't seen it yet! I hope it'll be in my mail later today:)

Major Progress!!

Recap of our weekend:
  • Saw Baby Mama on Friday night - it was witty and cute. A very good date night movie - light and fun. We had a great italian dinner and Ian was psyched to go to the movies.
  • Saturday, we drove all over the place. We picked up Tessa's medicine from the vet, drove out to the middle of nowhere to pick up my Hanky Pankies from the Fedex holding warehouse (which by the way, makes you feel like you're in the Matrix - a long hallway with all closed doors), went to Target to pick up our table number frames.
  • Wore my Hanky Pankies (the non-wedding pair) on Saturday night and fell in love with them.
  • Finished our table numbers and boxed them up so they're ready to go.
  • Took a break from wedding related stuff to go support Sarah at Catholic's first Relay for Life, which she organized!
  • Designed, completed and boxed up our menu cards.
  • Designed, completed and boxed up our favor cards.
  • Picked up our invitations from our invitation lady's house.
  • Put invitations together.

All in all - it was a super busy, but super successful weekend! WAHOO!

Today, I am heading to the post office to find out how much postage I need to put on the invitations (this is more complicated because of some of the invitations going to Europe). Also, postage rates go up again on May 12 (to .42) which means we need to put the higher rate on the return envelopes. Tonight, after we meet with our priest to sign off on some paper work, we will be stamping the invitations and tomorrow they go out. Even though it's a rainy Monday here, I am in a great mood because of how much we accomplished this weekend:)

I Hate Going to the Movies

Last night's game was a lot of fun. We had tickets in one of the suites so we were able to booze (okay - I had one beer - I'm not sure if I can really call that "boozing") and have free food (yummy hot dogs). I hadn't been to a baseball game this season, nor had I ever been to see the Nats, so all in all, it was a great time. And the Nats won - yay!

Earlier in the week, I asked Ian if I could take him on a date Friday night. So, I'm taking him on a date. He tries to get me to go to the movies about every few weeks but for some reason, getting me to the movies is like pulling teeth! I haven't been to the movie theater in probably over a year. Once I'm there, I enjoy myself and love seeing the movie. I LOVE MOVIES. But getting me to agree to go to the movie theater is where the trouble is. For some reason, I just think to myself, would I prefer to be in a seat where 54789047 other people have been, and their germs are lingering on the seat, or would I prefer to be sitting in my comfy couch in my pajamas snuggling (aww how cheesy) without thinking about all those germs? CHOOSE B! Obviously! Okay, I think I might have a bit of a germ issue - clearly.

Back to the date night - you guessed it, we're going to the movies. This is all a surprise to him. First, we're going to dinner in Bethesda and then going to the movies. I better get lots of loving after treating him to dinner AND me sitting in a nasty seat to watch a movie!

Tomorrow, we have to go pick up a package from Fedex since they couldn't leave it at the house without an in-person siganture. My hanky pankies are waiting for me at Fedex!

Other than those few things this weekend - we're spending the weekend inside doing wedding projects. Oh joy!

Have a good weekend!

**Update** - The movie theaters we go to are perfectly fine and the majority of people I guess wouldn't think of the germs- I am just a complete germaphobe (same reason I hate malls). I just can't stand being around that many people when I know they've been eating in those chairs and putting their popcorn buttery fingers all over the seats.

Done, Done and DONE!

Something old and borrowed: CHECK - My mom gave me my grandma's wedding band to attach to my dress somehow.

Unity candle: CHECK - An old friend from high school who is getting married in a few weeks checked out the blog and has a candle set she isn't using - she graciously offered it up and it looks perfect for what I'm looking for!

Bows to reserve the front pews: CHECK - Our neighbor just had a daughter get married and already has them ready to give away.

Yay! Lots of little things falling into place. I also found out that our invitations are on their way to us! I guess we'll have a very busy night once we receive them.

Tonight, I am taking a break from the wedding craziness and heading to the Nats game with some friends. Can't wait!

Jolly Little Fellow

Our priest makes me smile. He is so kind and is constantly joking around. We arrived at the school and sat down in a little sitting room. He started asking us about the planning, how close we are, etc. He then informed us that the questionnaire needs to be answered individually. So Ian headed outside to relax in the nice weather while I sat and was asked lots of questions by him.

The questions were fairly comfortable for me - basics (date of birth, place of birth, full name, address, phone number, etc.), faith based (were you baptized, where, when, do you currently practice, do you consider yourself faithful), and about Ian (are you entering the marriage freely and for life, are you willing to give your spouse the opportunity for children). The weirdest questions were, please answer the following with yes or no, are any of these reasons why you should not be married: fiance is of religious profession, fiance is a criminal, fiance has abducted you. Say what?! Do people actually sometimes say yes to these questions?? And then, do you think your fiance will have the same answers to these questions? Well I should hope so if we're getting married!! I don't fault our priest for these questions - he's just following the questionnaire given to him!

Then it was Ian's turn - and he was SO nervous. But our priest was beautiful in making him feel comfortable. It turns out, we are the first catholic/non-catholic couple to be married in their chapel. We feel special. Ian was worried that the priest wouldn't like that Ian isn't Catholic, but he passed no judgment and thought it was lovely that Ian was open minded and going to church with me when I go and asks me questions.

After we all sat around and joked, he closed with a short prayer. I asked Ian if he was uncomfortable with any of it - he said nope, and that he really is the perfect priest to marry us.

Things seem to be falling into place - but the more I get crossed off our list, the more little things seem to creep up. It's amazing how many little errands need to be done, and little things that you'd never think of!

Miscellaneous

  • I redesigned our wedding website - check it out and sign the guest book!
  • I finished designing the menus and I think we are ready to print them - one more thing to cross off the list once we finish those.
  • We watched Juno on Sunday night and thought it was very witty and cute. Certainly worth seeing I think.
  • I just added a couple things to my list of to-dos - buying a unity candle and making bows for the reserved pews. Where did you get your unity candle (if you had one!)?
  • We are meeting with our priest tonight - very excited to wrap up some loose ends with him and for him to get to know us better.
  • I emailed our invitation person to find out where exactly our invitations are. I need to get them soon so that we can get them out!!

I have to give a shoutout to Lolly who ran in the Boston Marathon yesterday - I don't know how she did it but it's truly amazing (and a little crazy)!

Picture Post

Two months from today!! Holy Crapola we have a lot to get done!!

Since it's a rainy Monday, I decided lots of pictures are in order for today's post.

Friday evening, I had a makeup trial with Sairra Lax at her home. She was super nice and sat with me for about 10 minutes prior to even touching my face to chat and ask questions so that she could get an idea of what I am looking for on the wedding day. My skin tone looked very natural and she added some "oomph" where I wanted some - the eyes. I think she did a pretty good job and with a couple adjustments, think I will be very happy on the day of. Here's the picture:

Later that night, we met Stacy and Jon for dinner in Laurel at Pasta Plus. The food was great and the company even greater. Here's a group shot:

We played a little bit of emotives: You're getting married tomorrow:
Saturday, I woke up and headed to my hair salon (Perez Salon and Day Spa) to meet with Michael. After getting a cut, highlights, deep conditioning treatment, he did a trial run for the big day. This was just to get an idea of what we're doing - so obviously on the day of, it will be much more clean and not as sloppy.

Picture of the front: the poofiness at the top will be higher and even:

We then headed to dinner at Mia's Pizza in Bethesda with Sarah and Carlton. Here is a picture of the four of us:

Yesterday was a super rainy day, but I met up with Emily in Tyson's for brunch. I haven't seen her in ages and I was excited to hear all about her trip to Kenya!

Afterwards, Ian and I ran errands and worked on wedding stuff at home. Here's a list of the progress we made:

  • Bought Guest Book
  • Wrapped Bridesmaid Gifts
  • Designed and Printed Table Numbers
Things I hope/plan to accomplish this week:

  • Meeting with our priest Tuesday evening
  • Finish designing menu cards
  • Begin printing menu cards
  • Purchase postage for invitations
  • If invitations arrive, assemble them and send them out
  • Design favor cards
  • Sign makeup contract
  • Buy (cheap) frames for Table Numbers

It's a long list - but I'm feeling motivated and optimistic!

Clumsy

Today is the 2nd day that I've been back in non-flat shoes (yay!). Well - I guess my feet are just not used to it. As I am walking gracefully back to my desk from the bathroom, the heel slips on the recently shined tiles and I go flying forward onto all fours. What makes matters worse, is that our building is 10 floors, and I'm on the top where all of the executives sit. As I'm in slow motion starting the fall, I hear "ding" come from the elevators (I fell directly in front of them) and immediately think "uh-oh, what executive is about to witness this?" I quickly get up and readjust myself and glance around to see one of the execs who has a confused look on his face and says "Ummm, are you alright". Secretly, I was thinking that my foot was killing me and I didn't know if I could walk (not my ankle - thank goodness - I think my foot just hit the tiles hard), but giggled as I assured him I was fine and then walked away in horrible pain.

Ahhh - onto less embarrassing topics. Last night, I picked up my veil from Maggie's, picked up the bridesmaid gifts that arrived, and went to the mall to buy earrings for the big day. I found some that I like and snatched them! Here they are:

I have a makeup trial tonight and then we're heading to dinner at Pasta Plus with Stacy and Jon. We haven't seen those two in AGES so I'm pretty excited to catch up over some fine italian food.

Tomorrow, I am getting my hair did - color, cut, and trial for the wedding day. Essentially the whole works! Then tomorrow night we are doing dinner with Sarah and Carlton!

Sunday, I am heading to brunch with Emily.

Lots of plans this weekend with friends and wedding pampering! Also, trying to complete one of our projects this weekend - we'll see if we're able to fit that in!

Motivated!

Sometimes, getting a little overwhelmed can motivate me. I was a total stress ball yesterday freaking out about everything that needs to be done and all the details. I keep looking at my list of to-dos and it's stressing me out. It's all I can think about.

I decided yesterday that the stress is inevitable. So what can I do about it? Well I can either sit and worry and stress, or I can use it to motivate myself to get things done now.

I decided to delegate a project to Ian. I put him in charge of the out-of-town bags. I wrote him a nice email asking him if he'd be up for the challenge, but that agreeing to do it means he is taking it on 100% - no questions for me, no asking me to do the research, none of it. He is up for the challenge and I love him dearly for it. I even emailed him a list of a few people who recently had weddings who I'm sure would be willing to give him the information he needs (eh-hem, what they even are since he doesn't know). So Kim, Bridget and my friend Julie from work might all be getting emails or calls from him for help.

Last night, I was boyless. I took advantage of the situation and got chinese food, then put myself to work. I did a quick version of the program, wrote our intentions, picked our vows, picked most of the parts of the mass, some of the music. It was fantastic to get some of that done.

Today, I ordered some Hanky Panky panties (and I realize having just used that word aged me by about 50 years) to try out before the big day to see if they might be what I want to wear.

I also called and made my nail and pedicure appointments for the weeks leading up to the wedding. I will get acrylics put on a few days before the shower, and then just get fills up until the day.

Next on my list - call and make appointment for a massage 1 week before the wedding. I have a gift certificate for one from my birthday and I've been saving it specifically for this purpose.

Tonight I am picking up my veil from Maggie's house because I need it for my trial tomorrow. Then I am picking up the rest of the bridesmaids gifts (I had to order them and they just came in).

I'm starting to think of my something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. I have my something new, something blue, but am missing my something old and borrowed. Hmm - I'm a little stumped on those. I know a lot of people wear something from their families but I am not sure my family has anything that would work for me. Did you follow those traditions? I just added that to my list of to-dos - to figure out what I'm borrowing what is my something old!

Beauty Routine

In preparation of the big day, we've made lots of health and beauty changes as well as keeping very consistent with some parts.

I've been applying my anti-zit cream 2 times per day, and moisturizing my face 2-3 times per day. We made a visit to the dermatologist for skin checks and prescriptions to try to stay blemish free.

We just recently got our teeth whitening kits and started those 2 nights ago - every night for 10 minutes we sit in our bed talking goofy with nasty gel on our teeth to brighten our smiles. Romantic, eh?

I'm still on my fitness regimen - working out 3-6 times per week. It's finally starting to pay off - I'm down about 4 lbs since starting my workouts about 2-3 months ago. I guess my body was turning the fat into muscle, which weighs more than fat, and finally I'm losing some of it. Hooray! Hopefully I'll stay on this track for the rest of the time leading up to the wedding.

Soon enough, I will start the tanning (self application ones) and possibly go tanning a few times. I'm ghostly pale and need to not blend into my dress, people. I will also get acrylic nails put on a couple weeks before the wedding (I'm a horrible nail biter) so that my nails don't hurt so close to the wedding, then get a fill the day before. I will get a pedicure the day before as well. I don't pluck or wax anything so no appointments needed for that.

This weekend - I'm starting the process to get my hair color to be the right shade and getting a trim to keep my hair healthy.

I think all of these things are fairly normal. What did you do to prep your body/face for the big day? Some of the magazines tell you to look into facials, waxing, try out new things. I'm all about minor changes and being consistent (because sometimes the changes can lead to breakouts or blotchiness, etc). What are you doing/would you do to prepare for your big day?

Hanky Panky?

Recently I have been hearing so many people rave about Hanky Panky underwear? Have you heard of these? What's all the rave and how come I'm so behind on hearing about these? I'm very intrigued and think I might have to check these out for the wedding. Where do you even buy them?

What is your underwear of choice? TMI - I think so.

Slackers

We were two lazy slackers this weekend in terms of getting anything wedding related done. What did we do instead?

I napped until 8:30pm on Friday night and woke up to a candle lit kitchen table all set and Ian gone picking up indian carryout food.

Saturday, we lounged around the house, took an hour walk with Tessa and then went to dinner to test out our rehearsal dinner site.

Yesterday, we got into a major spring cleaning mood: we threw out about 4 giant bags full of trash, rearranged our living area, reorganized cabinets, cleaned the front porch and did several loads of laundry. We also FINALLY finished watching American Gangster. We really enjoyed that movie. Highly recommend it.

I am also happy that we finally picked out our first dance song! It was a song that I had always loved and it always reminded me of our relationship, but Ian was on the fence about it. Saturday, while getting ready for dinner, we put on a mix of our itunes music and it happened to come on. He came into the area where I was putting on makeup and said - yep, I think this should be our song. It just sounds and feels right. Instead of searching and searching for a song that may or may not mean something to us, this one does and it was under our noses the whole time. We practiced dancing to it last night and I realize that I'm going to be giggling the entire time as Ian finds it appropriate to sing the song to me in a funny voice.

What song is you ask - not quite sure we're going to share the secret.

Short Sleeves and Jeans

I am loving this warmer weather! No coats! It makes me go like this :)

So we don't have a whole lot going on this weekend in terms of plans with people. But I do have high hopes that we'll accomplish another DIY project, finish watching at least one movie and have some time leftover for me to read and relax.

The past few nights Ian and I have had some wine while listening to all sorts of random songs trying to find our first dance song. Unfortunately, we still haven't found it! I'm hoping we'll have some success this weekend. I keep suggesting whenever we hear a song that could possibly work "let's practice dancing to it and see if we get all smiley and giggly" but I think Ian needs a little more wine for that.

Maybe I'll do that tonight - get him boozed up so he'll dance freely while listening to some cheesy love songs? Hmmm - that's a thought!

Invitations Ordered

Yay! All done - wahoo! Okay well I'm not done with EVERYTHING but now I have lots of DIY projects to complete: menu cards, favor cards, name cards, programs, table numbers. If you are one crafty biatch, I will hunt you down to help me. You've been warned.

Kim - yes I would like your help with invitations!

Now that we're getting closer - I'm getting all worried that I'm missing or will forget to do something important. Am I missing anything on my nifty to-do list over there?

I would also like to add that you have to read Nanette's post from yesterday. Absolutely positively adorable!

I am also searching for some cute wedding jewelry that isn't outrageously expensive. I'm looking for earrings and a mini tiara - okay not a tiara, more like a comb that has some sparkle on it but that is not large or too sparkly. I tried some on the other nights but it just didn't look right. Where did you find your accessories? Also, what underwear did you wear for your wedding?

It Fits!

We picked out an adorable dress for my flower girl. It will be long and white with a black sash. She looks like a diva in it! I'll get her mom to send me pics so I can post them.

I also got to take a peek at my dress and try it on. It fits quite perfectly except for the boobage area being way too big. The changes I asked for were done perfectly and the color doesn't wash me out. It's white, but not stark white. I'm excited for my first fitting!

We received our invitation proofs yesterday so I've been revising those and will send them out tomorrow to be ordered. Any volunteers to help me stuff them when we get them in?! Come on - you know you want to help out!!

Next goal: menu cards.

Blank

It's Monday - I think this calls for a bullet point post.
  • First off, now that she's let everyone know, I can safely congratulate Annie and Brad on their recent engagement!!! Very excited for you two:) I haven't heard all the details but the brief version of their engagement is that they were on a cruise for Annie's grandpa's 90th birthday celebration and Brad arranged a little private thing before the formal night dinner and handed her a story book where the last pages said "Will you" and she turned and looked at him and he was down on one knee with her ring! Very cute! Congrats:) (Annie - I hope you don't mind that I just shared that!)
  • We picked up our wedding bands and they fit and look great. Now we both just have to figure out what we want them engraved with. I'm starting to get ideas on that.
  • We also got more supplies for one of our DIY projects for the wedding. We finished one project and need to move onto the next one.
  • Sent off our final guest list to our invitation lady. Those should be arriving in the next week or so and then we'll be sending them out!
  • Made Ian breakfast in bed yesterday. I'm a good STB wifey.
  • We went to one of my favorite restaurants Friday night: Il Pizzico. You have to go there if you haven't been - the food is amazing!

Tonight I am heading to the bridal shop where I got my dress in order to pick out my flower girl's dress. I also will take a quick peek at my dress!

Favors

We originally were going to be giving out something little to guests as a favor. However, I've really been thinking about donating to a cause that is dear to our hearts - Washington Animal Rescue League is where we adopted our child:

That is her the day we brought her home. She is originally from New Orleans - her momma was pregnant with her during Hurricane Katrina. She kind of fell into our lives and we fell in love with her. She has certainly given us tons of challenges - she battled a non contagious form of mange when she was young, came home to us with kennel cough and worms, and still to this day has a serious case of separation anxiety (which she is medicated for). She has had some behavioral problems that have required us to seek the help of an amazing personal dog trainer.

Ian never had a dog growing up. I grew up with many dogs but had never adopted any of them. They were from breeders normally. Since adopting Tessa, Ian and I have vowed to try our best to adopt from shelters from now on.

Tessa has come so far from where she was when we adopted her. We've seen her blossom into a confident dog, extremely loyal, loving, and incredibly smart. She loves training and responds well to us.

WARL is a no-kill shelter. They take in animals from all over the country who they see can make improvements, be treated and eventually be placed into homes. Their facitilities are amazing. Tessa shared a cubby with another dog - not a crate, it's like a little private room with blankets and fresh water from a little fountain. The 2 times we visited her there before picking her up, we walked around the facility and noticed how clean it was.

I think this weekend we will decide to possibly donate to WARL instead of giving out a little something that most people will probably throw away. Maybe a little visit to the shelter will help make our decision!

And since I'm obsessed with our baby, here's a recent picture of her, all grown up and passed out:

The wrinkles kill me. And the following picture is the day after Ian proposed - reenacting the scene from the night before (see the ring around Tessa's neck?):

Movie Review:

Atonement: I know a lot of people were disappointed with this film. I liked all of it. I found it very intriguing!

Gay Chicken

I had dinner last night with one of my guy friends and he pulled up some videos on youtube called Gay Chicken. Have you heard of this??

It's essentially a game of chicken (as in two cars driving head on and whoever pulls off of the road first is the chicken), but in most of the videos it involves two guys (drunk I hope) leaning into kiss eachother. Sometimes they make contact, and they keep kissing until one finally stops.

Well I was partly intrigued and finding the game quite funny - but then thought, why would two people agree to do this? If you aren't gay, why would you want to play this game? I have no problem with gay people kissing, so I'm not trying to turn this into anything like that, but why would you want to play this game unless you are in fact gay?

Had anyone else heard of this?? Thoughts?

I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes...

Okay so no I have not seen the sign - but I'm desperately looking for it. I would like a truck to drive by me that has "Kt - You are meant to go _____ law school."

I do like Miami but for some reason I am hesitant. I think I am dealing with so much stress right now between the wedding, deciding on a law school and then possibly moving 1100 miles away to a huge city when I've never lived anywhere but Maryland. I am...scared.

I am still waiting to hear from UNC which I think would be a better fit for Ian and I. It's only 4 hours away versus 16, is a bit smaller, more suburban and quieter. I think I could get used to Miami - but I just want to be sure before uprooting our lives.

You see, deciding on a college was much easier for me. I had some top choices, but knew that Loyola was #1 without any question. My older brother had gone there so the many visits to see him made Loyola like a second home. It was far enough away that my parents weren't around the corner, but close enough that I could come home if I wanted to for the weekend, even a night really. Besides, if you make the wrong decision about college, your parents are their to bail you out, and it's only you that has to deal with making the wrong decision.

If I make the wrong decision about law school, or don't like Miami, I've uprooted Ian from a location he's learned to love, a job that he worked hard to get and plunking the two of us and Tessa into a new and unfamiliar situation. How can I put all of us through that unless I'm feeling confident about my decision? I don't think I can.

I mention that I've only ever lived in Maryland. I don't want my fear of moving to be the reason why I stay. I am ready for a new place, more challenges, new friends. But I am just not sure I'm ready for THAT big of a move.

I got wait listed at Maryland - and unfortunately I won't hear from them until possibly the end of July. That simply won't work. If we are moving to Miami (in case I don't get into UNC or MD), I can't wait until the end of July to sign a lease since we need to move in August 1st.

This is all just a little too overwhelming for me. It leads me to ask the questions - what am I going to do? What should I do? Where do I go from here? What is right not only for me, but for us, Ian and I and starting our married life together?

Have you ever had to face a challenging decision like this? What were the determining factors for you? What helped you get through it? Did you finally see the sign?

7 Random Facts

I've been tagged by Kim for a meme. Here you go:

The Rules:
1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

1. I talk to myself sometimes and get bright red when Ian catches me. This sometimes happens when I'm in the shower, in front of the mirror, or just rehearsing some conversation in my head.

2. I secretly would like to take a bath in spaghetti or pudding. For some reason it sounds fun and it's in a totally non-sexual way.

3. Part of me would like to own a house in the country to escape to when life gets a little out of hand. The thought of having many dogs running through our country home or through the fields with tall grass sounds amazing.

4. Sometimes I wonder whether I should quit everything and work with troubled animals or troubled kids, or just regular kids. I eye out animal shelter websites to check out dogs that are there and secretly try to come up with a plan to take more pups in and train them and make their lives better. Dog trainer maybe?? And I sometimes even wish I could open up my own dance studio.

5. I only wear thongs. I cannot stand what I call "granny panties" - regular bikini underwear. I've found one type of thongs that I love and I've never gone back. I am a bit afraid that once I have kids I won't be able to wear thongs again as I've heard it's uncomfortable after having kids to wear thongs.

6. I hate cilantro. I pick it out of any dish that it comes in, normally at mexican, cuban or ethnic restaurants of any type. I hate it!

7. I have anxiety. This may not come as a surprise to most of you so it's not that secretive or random. There have been periods in my life where I have panic attacks. I mention this because I think this is a common random fact about many people these days.

So there you have it - and unfortunately I do not have many blogger friends so I'm not going to tag anyone - but if anyone reading this would like to, feel free to post your 7 random facts!

Picture Post

I promised pictures - so here they are!
